In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its regulations, hereinafter the Law. The law firm that offers legal solutions; Singular Companies S.A. de C.V., hereinafter Singular Law Group, issues its respective Privacy Notice on the following terms.

Responsibility of Singular Law Group regarding personal data

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Singular Law Group with address at Paseo Royal Country 4596 12B, Puerta de Hierro C.P. 45116 Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. Is responsible of obtaining, disclosing, storing, using, managing and transferring the personal data that collects from any person or legal entity, who hereinafter will be named as the Owners.

• Brand of the company

• Clients's testimonies
• Phone, etc.

As well as any other information that Singular Law Group may require from each specific client so that the legal services requested by the Owners can be provided perfectly.

The personal data requested to the Owners may be be necessary for any of the following reasons:

• To provide the services that were requested by the Owners.
• To comply with obligations agreed with the Owners.
• To evaluate the quality of the services provided to the Owners.
• To send data of informative events or Singular Law Group updates.
• To comply with any notice required by any authority.
• To give notice of changes to this document, Privacy Notice.
• For the promotion of legal services based on a history of legal solutions made to our clients.

Personal data collected by Singular Law Group will not be transferred to third parties, whether persons or legal entities, national or foreign. Except with the purpose of complying with a requirement of any authority and the request is documented in time and form, therefore, it would be the obligation of Singular Law Group to provide the required information to the corresponding authorities.

The use and disclosure of personal data will be limited

Personal data collected from the Owners will be handled with strict confidentiality, taking care of the firm's internal management of media, as well as digital administrative means that are used to have a better disposition of the documents of the Owners or the documents that may be printed for the requested services.

Means to exercise owners' rights

At any time, the Owners may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition under the terms of the Law. The rights stated above are known as Arco Rights and as mentioned above may be requested at any time by some of the Owners or their legal representatives with enough powers.

For the exercise of Arco Rights, the Owners or their legal representatives must present the physical application in the address of Singular Law Group: Paseo Royal Country 4596 12B, Puerta de Hierro C.P. 45116 Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.

The submitted application must contain the following information so that it is complete:

• Owner's name
• Address and email address.
• State the data on which they want to exercise the corresponding right.
• The motive of the request.
• Copy of the official identification where the personality of the owner or his legal representative is accredited.

Withdrawal of consent

At every time, any owner may revoke the consent granted to Singular Law Group on the use of any of their personal data in order to stop them from using the information. To fulfill this, the owner must submit an application as described in the previous paragraph of this document.

Changes to the privacy notice

This Privacy Notice may be modified at any time unilaterally without having to provide any kind of notification to any of the Owners for reasons such as legislative reforms or changes in the internal policies of Singular Law Group.
